I bought someone's CinemaNow code of The Hunger Games: Mockingbird Pt 1 and it hasn't ported over to my VUDU or Flixster account. Will it, or am I SOL? Thanks if you have an answer.

My CinemaNow code ported over, but it did take about 15 minutes or so.
