Default When you count you blu ray collection do you add 1 for a season blu ray or more?

there is in the season set like for instance prison break has 6 disc. If you have 10 blu rays and that season do you say you have 11 blu rays or 16? Just want opinions on how i shoulde count my blu rays.

1 (except for the masters of horror because they are sold separately and came out on different dates)

I approach it as such: if it is possible to get it separately but you instead got it as a box set then you can count each disk as 1. Otherwise a set should only count as 1. For example PoC: AWE is 1 even though there are two discs in the packaging. If they were to release a Pirates Trilogy Box set that would count as 3 discs.

i would count it as 1...

Now say it was the mission impossible set or the warner box sets...

I would then count it as 3 and 4 respectively. (MI: Box = 3 different movies; Warner Box = 4 different movies)

If its planet earth, weeds, prison break or any other season, count it as one. (For example, "I have the first 2 seasons of 'Weeds' on blu ray" not " I have the first 3 discs of 'Weeds' on blu.")

season counts as one. box set counts as each movie contained therein. 2 movies on 1 disc i count as one (like avengers and the dirty dozen). actually, the dirty dozen i count as a crappy ass transfer.

1.

Same as everyone has said. Sets like Mission Impossible count each disc as it's a different movie. Movies with multiple discs like Pirates count as 1.

Planet Earth w/ four discs counts as one while something like the Harry Potter box set I'd count the discs individually.

Count the titles, not the discs. If you count the discs then you have to count every box which has an "extras" disc twice. With TV shows, you count every season.

One box or package is considered one. Be a multiple disk set or box set/series, it is still considered one.
