Yes, it looks promising and Batman looks cool. The metal suit probably to stand a chance against Superman?
In Real D 3D and Imax 3D at the end: ![]() Now just hoping it looks like real 3D this time instead of the barely there, mild 3D Man of Steel offered when compared to a conversion like Guardians of the Galaxy or Pacific Rim. The difference says it all in terms of 3D. Snyder needs to hire a strong 3D Conversion Team early and get them working on the new shots asap, in time for 2016. |

True but he directed Man of Steel which showcased weaker 3D. I'd be interested to know just how much involvement he had regarding the 3D in the 300 sequel. I am expecting a 3D presentation more akin to Man of Steel but am of course hoping for something stronger.

![]() (repost from other thread) Definitely looking forward to seeing Batman vs Superman 3D, but leery if the 3D will be any good, knowing how mild the 3D was in Man of Steel when comparing it to stronger 3D films like Pacific Rim's 3D for example, which destroys Man of Steel's 3D to be direct in 3D layering. I hope they really amp it up for the new one and hire a new conversion team or give them more time/budget to make the 3D strong. Snyder's cinematic style shines through, so hopefully the story will match also. On Gotham Monday night, they showed that short 49 second trailer where Superman has [Show spoiler] , but this one reveals a lot more about the movie. Luther's character reminds me of The Riddler from Gotham a bit. Lots of energy and will be a nice contrast to Batman and Superman's performances. |

Not feeling this movie at all. Really like Cavill. Don't really like Affleck. And I feel Michael Cera (yes, that's sarcasm) is really miscast in this. EDIT: Let me also say, that I understand people have different preferences. I'm not saying this will be a bad film; I'm saying it's not going to be my kind of film. I truly hope those who are looking forward to this film will enjoy it. Last edited by bud_brigman; 12-03-2015 at 04:00 PM. |

There are a lot of different versions of Lex Luthor out there, so I can understand why some fans would be hesitant to a new take on the character if they got used to another version.
I remember when Smallville started, it took a short adjustment to get used to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Rosenbaum But definitely one of the more memorable versions of Lex and very good IMO. Kevin Spacey's Lex Luthor, I'd have to watch that again. Haven't seen it since it was in theaters. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Spacey Gene Hackman was an interesting version of Luthor. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gene_Hackman |
