Default Language on blu-ray

I was wondering if all blu-ray movie have english and french language on them, or if it's like normal DVD, it depends on where you live ?

Most of the time when I listen movie it's with people that don't understand english, so I try to buy movie with both track.

And I see the BOGO offer on amazon.com so I wanted to buy some movie, but they never say if it have french track.

it varies. most US discs are english/french/spanish. While in UK, it depends on who distribute it (Walt Disney used to have English/Danish/Norwegian to nearly all of its discs, but now they are opting for french. Jungle Book has Hindi)

All DVD/BDs that I've purchased from USA all have french/spanish (except polar express). I know that curse of golden flower does not have french/spanish, but chinese/english (in Indonesia, only chinese)
