The Terminator..(Remastered) in Theaters (6/23/15))!!!

A remastered version of James Cameron’s 1984 action classic The Terminator is getting a theatrical release next month.

UK-based classic film distributors Park Circus announced on their blog that the remastered movie will show in over 20 territories at over 800 cinemas just ahead of Terminator Genisys’s theatrical debut this July.

In Britain, cinemas across the country will be holding screenings of the film on 23 June, but before then the film hits the Croisette with a screening on the beach at the Cannes Film Festival in just a few days’ time.

I can understand being upset if this was done by some internist. But this was approved by God himself and a perfectionist, who also happens to be the director of the said movie. And the track was done by Rydstrom. I think it's good enough

I can't tell whether or not some of the comments in this thread are bordering on sarcasm. It's a great film both with and without the remixed soundtrack, but it's certainly better with the original one. The 5.1 audio is pretty terrible. Regardless, I'll be seeing this should either of my local cinemas screen it (which is likely - I recently attended the re-release of Blade Runner and the Mad Max double bill).
