Defensive Agility brings balance in movement between attackers and defenders, driven by more than 25 gameplay feature changes to defender locomotion.

Compete at a Higher Level
Regardless of skill level, everyone will have a chance to Compete at a Higher Level by utilizing the EA SPORTS FIFA Trainer, a ground-breaking in-game training system which uses the context of the game to recommend options to the player. Fans can now learn as they play with an optional graphic overlay (HUD) which prompts them with gameplay options depending on their position on the pitch and Trainer level. The trainer recommendations will progress as the level of the trainer increases, which can be set to automatic or controlled manually. Basic commands get you started, while deeper hints will improve the game of the most skilled fans.
New Ways to Play
With all New Ways to Play, FIFA 16 will feature 12 Women's National Teams for the first time in franchise history. Teams from Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, and the United States of America will all represent their respective federations in several FIFA 16 game modes including Kick Off, an Offline Tournament, as well as Online*** Friendly Matches. long overdue yes! I wont be playing the women's soccer but I do think its a great idea and a great addition. On the same note, I wish they would add TONS of new stadiums, champions league, etc. Why cant we just have it all
The innovations sound good in theory to me so far, but I love how women's national teams are included; it's about time! I haven't bought a FIFA game since World Cup 2010, so they've sold me on FIFA 16. It's a shame only 12 women's teams are included though without Japan either.
For the first time ever, FIFA will have a woman on the cover (in Canada and the US). I think it's really cool.

FIFA 16 will feature updated 3D head scans of fourteen of Real Madrid's most popular players, including Cristiano Ronaldo, James Rodríguez and Karim Benzema.

PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENTS
During the summer months, all the major clubs travel around the world in preparation for the upcoming season. In FIFA 16, we are introducing this key development period to Career Mode. Prior to a given season, your club will be invited to three out of a possible nine tournaments, played in Asia, Europe, Latin America, or North America.
Just as with real football clubs, these matches will be a great opportunity to work on your team tactics and line-ups before the start of the regular season - use all your subs to test squad players. The prize purse from these tournaments gets allocated to your transfer budget for the upcoming season.
PLAYER TRAINING
A footballer trains between matches to improve as a player. In FIFA 16, managers will be able to train their squad to increase player attributes and boost player development. Each week, select up to five squad players to train from a number of training drills, each focused on developing specific attributes.
The aim here is to allow for greater growth in youth squad players and to create more value to the club. Focus on your star players to keep a strong starting XI, develop youth players to increase transfer values and build your funds, or transform your club into the next Ajax or Barcelona, a breeding ground for the future stars of world football.
STORY OF THE SEASON
FIFA 16 will fully immerse you in the story of your club’s season. Our commentators will remark on key storylines, including notable player or team performances, big player debuts, and transfer rumours. In-game graphics and commentary will also pick up on interesting team stats for matches, and reference the wider context of league standings.
OTHER KEY CHANGES TO CAREER MODE
We have many improvements coming to Career Mode, all based on feedback from our community. These include:
Sign free agents outside of the transfer window.
Scout Reports - After scouting a player reports are available to you now for an entire calendar year before expiring vs three months in FIFA 15.
Transfer Budget -Transfer budgets are now more realistically tailored to the club you're using in Career Mode. Also, a percentage of the remaining budget from the previous season will carry over to the next. and will vary based on where your club finished in regards to season goals.
Loans - Short loans have increased from three to six months and there is now an option to issue two-year loans.
Friendly Subs - You will be able to issue an unlimited number of substitutions during friendly matches.
More Realistic Transfers - While the transfer window is open, we have tuned the number of ‘high-profile’ moves by big players to better match the number of changes that typically happen in the real-world.
Improved Player Transfer Values - We’ve addressed values of players to better match the real-world transfer market.
