Does anyone know the best email address for contact Warner Bros UK? I have just started watching the Friends Blu-Ray box set and can't help but feel that the lip-synch is just out. May be the same with all, but it is bugging me.

I'd also check out the Friends threads, the US and UK ones, to see if anyone has also had issues, I'm not sure if I remember any. Also if you can try the BDs on a different player, make sure your player's firmware is updated and if you're using a AV receiver switch the audio output option around on your BD player to see if that makes a difference. It often does! |

I had a look at the US Friends thread, an Australian member was having issues with their set, it seemed there was sync issues with the first 5 seasons and Warner Bros. thought there might have been a mastering issue, he didn't post their response and that was 3 years ago.
Our Warner Bros. are decent at responding, but when you email them make sure you've tried all the things you can with playback options otherwise they might just say it's your equipment. |
