Default [PS4/PS3]Koihime†Enbu - A Koihime†Musō Fighting Game

Quote:
BaseSon, Unknown Games, and Yeti opened a website on Monday for a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 port of Koihime†Enbu, the arcade fighting game with characters from the Koihime Musō franchise. The PS4 and PS3 versions will ship in Japan in September.

The first printing limited edition of the game will include an original soundtrack, and it will retail for 8,800 yen (US$71). The standard package edition will retail for 6,800 yen (US$55), and the standard download edition will retail for 5,800 yen (US$47).

The arcade game featured a story by the staff of the anime version of Koihime†Musō. BaseSon and Unknown Games released the arcade game version in Japan in July 2014.

The 2008 Koihime†Musō anime adapted BaseSon's Koihime†Musō: Doki—Otome Darake no Sangokushi Engi adult adventure game for personal computers. The franchise re-imagines the classic Chinese historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms (Sangokushi) as a "moe (fiery), moe (preciously cute) action comedy" with an almost all-female cast.

There have since been two television anime series based on the BaseSon's Shin Koihime†Musō: Otome Ryōran Sangokushi Engi adult adventure game for personal computers. Both Koihime†Musō and Shin Koihime†Musō also inspired video spinoff episodes.

Crunchyroll streamed many of the anime adaptations, and Sentai Filmworks released them on home video as well as airing on The Anime Network. MangaGamer released the PC version of Koihime†Musō outside of Japan.
