Ah man, what timing. Me and my Uncle were just talking about this yesterday. I haven't seen it in years but this scene always stuck out. Classic!

Cheap Pete would probably ask how much for ten minutes of the movie and a section of the cover.

Anyway, it would interesting to see if Kino could go to MGM's vaults and try to find the deleted John Cusack cameo (reportedly, Cusack played a delivery man in a shootout sequence who gets filled with bullet holes but the scene was cut for time).

June Bug Spade over-gold and died! so many memorable scenes in this movie. The Ghettolympics where the contestants have to outrun the guard dogs while carrying stolen television sets. The gigantic pimp hats with the little hoodlums hidden inside. The Chris Rock "F**K the cup, poor it in my hand for a dime" scene and of course the Antonio Fargas pimp shoes with the gold fish in them scene. I cannot wait to revisit this 90's comedy gem.

I loved this movie in middle school. Watched it again at about 21 and it was not as great as I remembered. Not sure what I would think of it at 39, but will likely add it to the collection.

Ha-ha, I had the exact same reaction and we are the exact same age. But now as I think back on all of the scenes I used to find funny as a kid, I start chuckling to myself. I'll be getting this too and I think I'll find it funny again.
