This is coming out in Germany. Run time: 90 minutes. More than likely region B like the previous 2 films before it but cant confirm for sure.

Hmmmm couldn't this just be a super cheapo German conversion? I mean i'm not aware of the movie being in 3Danywhere else.

Yeah, it's a cheap German autoconversion just like their Sharknado 3D and Sharknado 2 3D discs.

Having said that, I have watched the first few minutes of Sharknado 2 3D and it looked far better than I expected... needless to say, my order is in...

I actually enjoyed watching Sharknado 2 and 3 on TV when they aired. So yeah I'd say they are fun and funny to watch.

The first one is bad bad bad in every way, I found the sheer technical ineptitude of the whole thing really really depressing. It's just like any other SyFy movie with abysmal CGI.

Sharknado 2, on the other hand, opens on an airplane piloted by Robert Hays and therefore is forgiven all its sins.

Sharnado 3 has far too many non-actors given speaking roles but is thoroughly entertaining nonetheless.

However, none of these films are as funny as Ghost Shark. That one also has a terrible German 3D conversion so feel free to watch it in 2D...

My copy of Sharknado 3 3D arrived yesterday from Amazon Germany.

It loses all the special features of the US disc other than the trailer, gag reel and making of, but the selling point is the 3D of course. I had a quick check to see that the German subs weren't forced, but couldn't actually find any subs on the disc at all, which was handy.

What's the 3D like? This is a German conversion, do you need to ask? It's much the same as you'd get from autoconverting it if you have a 3D TV or blu ray player that can do that.
