Yeah I think that's just horsesh!t. There's only one AR: 1.85:1.

they must have employed a budget basement review of the cover - it has a small logo stating 2.35:1 ratio on it

I worked at a cinema years ago as a projectionist, and this film is indeed 1.85: 1 (flat) aspect ratio. Don't know where they got the scope AR from...
