(Sigh) That is the thing that gets me, Mr. Craven.
Considering how shady some of these European companies that release blu-rays are, what is stopping one of them from taking the 35th Anniversary video, color time it closer to the THX version, throw ALL the extras from ALL of the releases (the Anchor Bay dvd releases, the various blu releases) and put it in a decently designed mediabook or steelbook? Considering a lot of those extras are in SD, you could pack a ton of those SD docs on one blu pretty easily. If you're going to do this kind of thing, why not go for the gold? |
