Which version are you guys going to be getting? Local? Import?

I really love the cover art for the 'Futurepack' edition, but being in a special case it makes modification of its contents almost impossible.. (ie; adding more discs).

Would be great if Roadshow were not the distributors of this title, might have given us a little more creativity with the standard editions art work, and that fugly purple banner across the top might have been ditched too. I don't understand why it needs to say 'Blu-Ray' when the logo is embossed into the case!

I do miss that we don't get a DVD copy included in our Roadshow releases, yet our price remains relativity the same compared to the US market.

Hell yeah not long now!! I'd most like to get the local futurepak but if it's much more expensive than the standard version I'll just get the standard. Can't wait to watch this again, will be watching on purchase day

actually I was interested in a steelbook. I had little idea of what was going to be available. the 3d version looks good. (does it include 2d?.)

shooting off to Aucks in early September, a 12 hour period before catching a connecting flight. so will head to a local JB store, its close to botany so i'm looking forward to seeing what is available.

Future pack could have been beautiful without the rating & 3D logos.

I'll grab the Future pack, looks like the local release will have Atmos ( 7.1.4 ) included.

I just came home to a review disc of Fury Road and popped it in the player, and... there's no Dolby Atmos track. All we have is TrueHD 7.1

Do you have an Atmos decoder though? If not it shows as True HD.

I'll be getting a 2nd hand copy, if there ware any video shops still around. Seriously, my local in the tron and Movie HQ in Auckland both closed in the last month. Undoubtedly there will be a flood of items as I see this being a Friday night spectacular for Joe Smoe and Co

I don't, no. But my player tells me when a track is Atmos-compatible, and this one doesn't say it is. All the other language tracks are gone too, the only ones on the disc are the TrueHD 7.1 track and the descriptive track. You might be right, my player might not be registering it so we'll see what the cover says next week, but from the disc itself it doesn't look likely.

hopefully I have the 'date' correct : but isn't it Father's Day on the 6th Sept ??

given that - here's hoping for 20% off sale and then the 3D copy will be mineeeeeeeee

(gee - we can be a cheap lot )
