BREEDERS (1986) coming from Olive - Blu-ray Forum

Breeders

Fearing that their city is the target of a serial rapist, Manhattan Detective Dale Androtti (Lance Lewman, Riot On 42nd Street) finds an unlikely ally in Dr. Gamble Pace (Teresa Farley, Bad Girls Dormitory) when they are teamed up to investigate the brutal crimes. Their suspicions, unbelievable as they may seem, will lead them to a terrifying discovery that an alien life form is impregnating women to reproduce his species.

The terrifying Breeders, written and directed by Tim Kincaid (Mutant Hunt) co-stars Frances Raines (Disconnected) and Natalie O'Connell (Bad Girls Dormitory).

STREET DATE: OCTOBER 27.

Just recently I was about to buy this on Dvd cause I thought "okay I am the only one who has fun with that film, no company would put this piece of sh't on a BluRay EVER"... well, so glad I was wrong.

I thought maybe the year was mistyped and this was the Breeders from 1998 starring Samantha Janus. Hadn't heard of this one, but it looks like something that'd be right up my alley.

IIRC, this was the sleazier of the 2 films called Breeders. Got both dvds, not sure if I need blu for this. I know I can't justify a $27 pre-order for it, or can I?

Got excited for a second that Dan O'Bannon's Bleeders was coming to blu. Oh well, Breeders is interesting, too.

I believe a majority of Olive's MGM releases have been region A locked, so I'm guessing this will be the same. But I could be wrong.

Why didn't you order it from Amazon? A bunch of Olive titles are $12.99 including Breeders and you don't have to pay $5.50 shipping. I just can't bring myself to pay $20 for barebones releases anymore.

Especially this movie! I mean, it's a fun watch, but it's beyond terrible. I actually bought the DVD in 2010, new from Amazon, for $3.98! And that's about how much it's worth!!

This was a terrible movie, I gave it a whirl and this makes Manos look like Citizen Kane.. well not quite. Not going on my shelf.
I also tried Breeders from 1995 and that was just as bad..
I think the Universe needs a good movie with the title Breeders, its 0-2 so far
