Default Paramount/Universal under contract?

Well we all know Paramount is under contract, but is Universal?

I have heard people say they are but who knows. If they are under contract it truly is a sad state of affairs for HD DVD that they need a contract to get movies released on it. Meanwhile, Blu-ray has all of its studios on merit.

Aside from Toshiba and those who have invested into HD DVD ever so foolishly, who actually wants the inferior format to win?

The problem is that many people believe all this crap about there not being a picture difference between Blu and HD DVD. (prolly because of the warner movies that are HD DVD ports to Blu) We know better though, Pirates, Cars, and Ratatouille picture qualities are impossible on HD DVD.

Like the quote goes, "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he doesn't exist"

"The greatest trick HD DVD ever pulled was convincing the world a quality difference between HD DVD and Blu-ray doesn't exist"
