Not too happy to see that. Shouldn't all recent movies have Dolby Atmos? Or is that a special sound mix only some flicks get?

Oh well, we'll see what happens. As for The Peanuts Movie, it was decent. Basically a CG update of the old cartoons. But I'll probably just pick up the digital copy for my kid and leave it at that. Otherwise I'll wind up buying both the 3D Blu-ray and 4K versions so I can have it in both formats.

I think that quote is just based on that fact; if a movie got a Dolby Atmos track in cinemas.

sadly neither this or Dreamwork's "Home" really wow'ed me with their Atmos mixes.

That's fine. I don't need Atmos remixes of older movies that were in mono or stereo. Technically I can't even do Atmos at home right now. I've got the receiver, but not the extra side or ceiling speakers.

Silly question guys getting a blu Ray player that's upscales can I still play these 4K movies on it or do I need a dedicated 4K player

No, You will have to get a UHD 4K Bluray player before playing any UHD 4K discs.
