Default Got my J&R order today ...

... both with the regular price stickers still on them: "A Knight's Tale" was $9.99 marked down from $27.99 and "Underworld: Evolution" was $13.99 marked down from $34.99(!) Yikes! Do people really pay that much for Blu-ray discs?!?

They're a big electronics retailer in NYC. The web site prices aren't great but if you call they'll usually have some of the lowest mail order prices going, particularly on audio equipment.

I try to spread my bd purchases evenly between Amazon and local B&M's...as well as other purchases. Online is always cheaper but it helps the local econemy to pump money into it. As movie media is a luxury that one spends their disposable income on...ie not needed but wanted...I think it's only right to keep some of that type of money in the community.
