Default Zack Snyder George Washington movie in the style of 300

Could be really brilliant, or really bad!

People should probably read the article.

1.) He wants to make it != is making it

2.) He only references 300 because he said the painting of Washington crossing thr Deleware looks loke 300, as in it looks badass and epic.

Maybe George will kick some Red Coat down a bottomless well at Mount Vernon.

I really used to enjoy Zack Snyder's films , think he needs to take a break and recharge the ideas .

It'll probably take him a decade to actually make it after he's finally let off the leash from DC. But yeah, sounds like a stupid idea. Snyder has yet to do something that's not pulpy and adolescent, him tackling George Washington sounds like a parody.

Yeah, I don't see this either. Now, if it had said he was doing a Martha Washington film, based on the awesome Frank Miller/Dave Gibbons comics...

Yeah, if he's solely going for that visual style but the movie is going to be 100% serious and not some garbage like Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter then I'm on board for this.

All the hate with Synder and his films is ridiculous. Let's look at his movies he's done.

Dawn of the Dead - not a bad movie, I remember seeing this in the theater. I wasn't blown away but it wasn't awful at the same time.

300 - really great film

Watchmen - I thought was also a really good film about an obscure comic written in the 80s. Definitely a prequel to what we will see in his Justice League films.

Legends of the Guardians - I'm not familiar with but that doesn't mean much.

Sucker Punch - say what you want but I thought it was a good movie. Not great but good.

Man of Steel - thought it was a great movie; half people didn't like it and of course it's the directors fault for doing something different with a superhero legend.

300: Rise of an Empire - not a bad film; didn't feel like it was needed but Eva Green is dynamite. That's one bad chick

Batman v Superman - yet to be determined

So if we really objectively look at his resume, he's not a bad director. He's definitely not a Michael Bay type of director and he's also not a Spielberg. He falls somewhere in the middle.

This new film sounds interesting but it may not be. We won't know until it happens, when they put out a trailer.

Watchmen was an obscure comic? I do not think you know what obscure means. It is one of the most well known comics of all time.

He's your favorite director. I thought you'd see it regardless.
