when is enough enough? I find it hard to believe that we could even see a difference. I am being really cynical because I love my 1080p set too damned much.

That article was over a year ago. It sounds cool, but I think it's far off. I mean, cable hasn't even started broadcasting in 1080p yet.

the only thing is that this artical is over a year old and there hasn't really been any more news about it since that I can find. Would be cool though.

I know but just to say that I am this first kid on the block with a 1440p would put a big smile on my face.
