The Fountain Blu-ray Disc - Blu-ray Forum

I purchased the fountain on blu ray a while back. haven't gotten around to watching it but when i first got it i put it in my computer to see how it looked and it worked. a few days ago i tried to play it and my computer wouldn't load anything. i tried another blu ray disc to make sure it wasn't my computer and it worked fine. does anyone know of a way to fix this? or is it possible to get the disc replaced?

Is your drives firmware up to date ?

i'm not sure if my firmware is updated or not. how do i check? is that gonna be the problem though? because why would it work for one blu ray disc and not another?
