I think they are implying those movies are all apart of the same continuity. I could be wrong.

The other two that I think you are referring to are apart of their own story arc and continuity. Again, I could be an idiot and using all the incorrect terms. I don't comment very often for this very reason

From memory, Superman Returns ignores III and IV.

I don't like how the "S" (superman symbol) seems stretched from top to bottom. It looks distorted to me.

Considering how awful Man of Steel and Dawn of Justice are, these 5 are more than enough

I'll give you that but as much as they don't relate they relate more than the new ones do

Cash grab...

From my experience most catalog steelbook releases are bare bones. My guess is it's their way of getting rid of dead stock and since most people collect steelbooks for the packaging and not the content this is a great way for studios to make some back.

Sucks for sure but it is what it is.

Personally, I didn't like the Donner cut that much. I'm glad they included the original theatrical. These are the best Superman movies. I would just as soon forget the others.

I wonder if they are included, but just aren't specifically listed amongst the titles.

I say this because under the "product details" tab, it says this is an 8 disc set. That is the same amount of discs as the Superman Anthology set that includes those other versions.

Assuming that the disc count is correct, I would think those would be included. I find it hard to believe that WB would go out of their way to press new discs this for this set this long after the previous releases just to include less content.

Ordered one.

The ZAVWEL54 code worked so it got down to £19.79, I can live with that
