Default 7 Guardians of the Tomb AKA Nest (2018) [No 3D Blu-ray]

From the makers of Bait 3D (which I very much enjoyed).

Link has the trailer.

Thanks! I've been hoping a trailer and release date would show up soon. The dialogue and Kellan Lutz's acting look pretty terrible. Hopefully native 3D, Li Bingbing, and some supernatural spiders can make up for it.

Sounds interesting. If the 3D holds up, I'll get it on blu ray 3D.

yeah i'd buy this day one on 3D blu. I like the setting, trailer doesn't look amazing but i'd definitely give it a go and Bait 3D was solid enough, as in it got the job done.

Loved Bait 3D a lot. This looks like fun. Only thing is I hate spiders. Still give it ago.

Wouldn't that make it more effective as a horror film ?

I think it's safe to assume we're never going to see this on 3D blu-ray, all home releases so far have been flat.

You don't think an Asian territory will get this in 3D? Shame if not. (And won't surprise me anymore.)

The Hong Kong releases do tend to come out of nowhere and Mojin's 3D release came a year or so after the 2D release so I am still hoping for a Hong Kong or German release but my hopes aren't high.

It just frustrates me to no end seeing this on the shelf in my supermarket straight-to-DVD when I know it's a 3D movie which wouldn't have been very difficult to put out on 3D bluray. You're pushing 4K TVs and I'm supposed to watch my movies on standard definition DVD? Something's very wrong there.

We finally picked up the US BD and the disc came already bronzed. If it's a widespread production issue, we might never get to see this movie.

I’ve seen this, but not in 3D. If the 3D is done right, it could look great. Not the film though, the films bloody awful.

I didn't have time to watch it in it's entirety, but figured it best to at least pop it in before sending it back to target. I can't find a contact for Gravitas that seems relevant, just business contacts. Crazy thing, it seemed to play perfectly. So, now I'm wondering if it's something about the label making it look almost brown, or if maybe it's a BD-R. Our Oppo didn't show it to be a BD-R. But I don't know if it's designed to. And, I've never seen artwork have this kind of affect on the disc color. So, it seems like it's got to be oxidation. But I can't imagine oxidation could turn it this dark and it would still load at all, much less play at every chapter stop in the film. Apparently virtually nobody has seen the US BD, as reviews, both professional and non are impossible to find.

Just to be clear, you are talking about a 2D Blu-ray here aren't you?

Yeah. Sorry, this is apparently the only thread related to this movie on Blu-ray.com.
