Default Harry Potter problem - err.. never mind

I have the Giftset, movies 1 through 5. Number 4 is an HD DVD so I asked for a replacement. But, movies 1 and 2 don't even play in my PS3. Part 1 just exits out. Part 2, I just hear audio. Any ideas?

Looking at all the discs (even the HD DVD one), the clear plastic coating doesn't look smooth. It looks like oil on water, that wierd wavy effect.

Did Warner cheap out on producing this set?

Found my own problem. I had the setting set to force 24fps (which worked on my other tv). I didn't set it back when I moved the PS3.
