Default Slipcovers: On or off?

So I've been a movie collector for a long time. Whenever I buy a movie, I like to get a nice slipcover if possible. However, I usually just end up putting it in my "slipcover box" and call it a day.

Today, I ended up purchasing 150 steelbook protective cases for my steels. So I ended up going through my box to get the J-Cards for my cases. As I was going through my slips, I thought about putting them on my Blu's. I did, but I'm not really thrilled.

It bothers me that some movies don't have slips at all. Some of the slips have manufacturer's stickers (i.e. Best Buy, Target, Ultraviolet, free movie ticket promos, etc). Some are super tight, which makes it more difficult to remove. It also makes my collection look more bulky and unbalanced. IDK, I think I might put them back in the box. I like to have them, but I don't think I like them on my shelf. However, the blus that DO have slips, they really *pop* off the shelf.

I don't really have any friends that collect movies too, so this is my only resource for discussion! So I was just curious what everyone else does? Do you keep the slipcovers on or off? Do you remove the stickers on the slips? Any ideas to make my collection look less jagged with the slips on?

We'll see what happens. I appreciate everyone's feedback!
