Hey Everyone,
Has there been any word on whether Best Buy is getting Exclusive Slipcovers for the Season 6 Blu Ray? It's getting close to release and I have yet to see anything announced except for the standard release and the steelbook.

Best Buy in Canada said they would have an exclusive Sigil slipcover for Season 6, however the pre order has not been posted to their website yet. I'll link to it when I see it if no one else does.

I'm pretty disappointed by this as well. I was really hoping BB would offer the Greyjoy sigil slip again. I got the Lannister one back when season 2 was released.

Australian release of Season 6 is getting 3 "chestplate" covers

Targaryen, Lannister/Greyjoy

If Best Buy US isn't getting anything special then screw them I'll have no problem buying it from somewhere else (that Greyjoy AU cover in particular ...)

**the French exclusive White Walker statue looks nice ... as does the German Iron Throne bookend

I'd rather have the steelbook honestly, but I don't really want to double dip all the previous releases. Wonder how much I could get if I sold them all, my season 1 is still sealed and is the bush head edition with the starks slip

i'll be picking up both of these at BB on the 15th.

yeah, I could wait until black Friday, but, just my luck, they won't have any when I get there cause phuck if I'm getting up 4am to wait on a line to get one in the store!

also, since it's a BB exclusive and the only game in town, I'm not taking chances it sells out

by or before the end of release week since you can't get them anywhere else in stores in the USA.

Even with Best Buy Canada's "confirmation", it's still so close to release... It just feels too late to announce something new.

There's also, of course, the dread factor. Best Buy Canada doesn't ship to the US, meaning the only way to get our hands on this is through eBay. And you know scalpers will mark up the f*ck out of this.

I'm already not fond of double-posting, so triple-posting is pretty egregious.

F*ck Best Buy, and f*ck whoever hires their community managers. Those "slipcovers" that an admin on the Plug-In forums got everyone excited over were the freaking steelbooks the entire time. In what universe does "paper slipcover" translate to "steelbook and a magnet"?

Target all the f*cking way. With that, at least I'll be getting a bonus disc.

Turns out Best Buy does indeed have an exclusive slip for Game of Thrones! And it comes with a bonus disc (packaged separately between the set and j-card). One caveat however is it does have bilingual raised text on the slip. Ah well, better than nothing!

(thanks to the heads up in the BB official forum)

I was also liking the Lenticular cover on the regular release, and almost debated getting that one instead but low and behold, under the exclusive slip lay the lenticular cover too!

Did someone of you know where these Slipcovers been made? Or what material did used for? I mean S1 - S4 only the ones who fits together not S5 & S6 they are very diffrent ... thanks for our helps.
