Just received my copy from Amazon.de. Alas, not English-friendly. Only German and French audio + German subtitles.

Pretty horrible water colour type DNR. Looks like the terrible first release of "Le samourai". I will have to wait for a proper release. This is not it.

Yeah. Especially the tele shot of the prostitute at the train station is very problematic.

There's going to be a Japanese Diva BD released in May, with Japanese subtitles only apparently.

For those who are region A compatible, the KL blu is an impressive upgrade, far better than the DNR'ed messy screenshots of the European blu suggest. There are some soft shots that seem to come from a different element (including the last shot where Jules and his opera singer stand on an empty stage), but the bulk of the film well serves Philippe Rousselot's camera paintings. The DTS-HDMA 2.0 track, once raised to a suitable volume (a few notches above my normal setting) gives a strong audio presentation, especially Vladimir Cosmo's score.
