Did Doctor Who: The Complete Second Series ever actually get released? I pre-ordered it on Amazon.ca and today I received a notice that my order was cancelled and that the set is not going to be available. I noticed on Amazon.com now it is also no longer available. Any info on this would be much appreciated. C.
