Janatha Garage (English:People's Garage) is an 2016 Indian Telugu-language action film written and directed by Koratala Siva, produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, and C. V. Mohan under their banner Mythri Movie Makers, and distributed by Eros International. The film features Mohanlal and N. T. Rama Rao Jr.in the lead roles, with Nithya Menen, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Devayani, Saikumar, Suresh etc in supporting roles. The film released worldwide on 1 September 2016.The film registered the highest opening for a Telugu film in 2016 and is the third highest Telugu opening of all time, behind Baahubali: The Beginning. The film has garnered two National Film Awards; Special Jury Award for Mohanlal, and Best Choreography for Raju Sundaram at the 64th National Film Awards

Indian home video releases almost never have multiple language audio tracks, since the rights to a film in each language are usually owned by different companies.

It's not a technical limitation. Unlike Hollywood where the studios themselves own the home video rights and release DVD/blu-rays etc here the home video rights are sold to third parties and the producers maximize their revenue by separately selling rights of each language (for multi-linguals). Unless a party can afford to purchase rights of multiple languages, you will not find multi-language editions. Wasn't Lingaa the only film that had multiple languages on a single disc (in which case people complain that lossless audio is not provided)?
