Default What's up with these multiple feature(movie) DVDs?

I know we've seen these things before wherein they combine good movies with not so good movies just to help kick off the sale. Lately, I've noticed they are everywhere now...BB, CC and even Walmart has them. Some have even triple and quadruple movies in them for an enticing tag price...it seems like DVD camp group are really affected by these format war one way or the other...example I saw one Jerry Maguire and A Few Good Men together for $8.55, others has part one and the succeeding sequels together for $7.50...I have these on DVDs long time ago as separates and I paid more than they sale now combined. I just think this will prolong that SD versus Blu-ray adaptation.

PS.
I’m sorry if this has been discussed. I can’t find one.
