Would be nice if BB released the first two in steelbook form along with this. I for one wouldn't want one steel without the rest. For me the full set or no steels.

Wouldn't surprise me if they released the first two movies in steelbook to push more sales with this one, because which studios other than Universal re-releases the same disc over and over again?

Once Avatar sequels come out, I'm sure 3D will kick in again for home media. TV manufacturers are already working on making 3D work without the need for 3D glasses, but I'm sure that's going to take a while until they perfect that system.

Isn't 3D still outselling 4K? I don't see it going away anytime soon. I mean they are releasing this in 3D just not in the steelbook.

If they had already figured out how to do 3D at home without stupid glasses that need batteries, I doubt 3D would be dying right now.
