This film is a Sony distribution release and not Disney release like the other Marvel MCU releases

Sony deal with Marvel and Disney is they have licensed the use of spider-man in Marvel Cinematic Universe productions

Spider-Man Films both theatrical and home media is still Sony Distribution

It's also possible HMV will have a Steelbook release also to be announced soon not sure 100% yet if it's an exclusive but might be 3D or 4K UHD Steelbook if it is an exclusive

I pre ordered from HMV as it says that it includes the 4K, 3D, standard Blu-ray as well as a bonus disc as well as the comic. And the price isnt bad. Hope it sticks like that and it is not a mistake.

Got my pre-order in for the 3D SteelBook with Zavvi as soon as I saw the email. Like others, I'll use it as insurance until I know what we are getting in the U.S.

Since hmv hates America can we get some kind of GB or something for the non-uk people to be able to get a copy?

I wish everyone would just abandon the 3D and go 4k. & if that zavvi artwork stays I'm going to have to cancel, thing is fugly

Cudzndrips will almost certainly be hosting a GB here, does for almost all of the UK steelbook releases that are a bit of a pain to get.
