What company is putting this out? Surely these won't be the Scream discs of the sequels, not if it's listed at $30.

I must confess, as I already own the first one, and personally HATE the 4th one, this collection IS a bit tempting.

I'm guessing none of these were fixed up anything. Unless they do a big 4K remaster on the original, I'll be passing--the stand-alone SF releases are great as they are.

This looks like a nice bargain set for those who want the series but don't want to pay higher prices for stacked versions of the sequels. This will be four basic discs in a viva elite and maybe a slipbox all for $20 max, a la the Airport series.

Yeah same here. I have 2, 3, 4 and the remake From Scream Factory and the original anniversary edition of the first one all on Blu-Ray so I think I will be passing on this too. Great set tho for someone wanting to save on shelf space.

Damn that looks good. I own Psycho on DVD and Psycho II via that cheap Scream price on Deep Discount. Might grab this for III and IV.

Someone send a note to Sony, Warner, and Paramount. This is how films should be marketed. License them out to interested studios so that they can release stacked collectors editions for the passionate fans and then a few years later use those same scans to release a stripped down cheaper edition for folks that have held out. It's win win all around and everyone is happy.

I'm not that big of a Psycho fan so this would have been right up my alley if I hadn't already picked up all the singly editions over the last 2 years. Great announcement for holdouts though.

Own the first one, seen it several times. Only other one I've ever seen is the useless remake. Depending on the price I may get this just because I've never seen 2-4

Psycho 2 is a very worthy sequel...3 mileage may vary. 4 eh.
