It's just temp artwork so it might not be the final artwork. It's likely to be since this art is the movie's main promotional image. There's really only two other options.

Nope. There haven't been any horror movies released on UHD in the US (I count Resident Evil/Underworld as more Sci-fi/action)

The Cabin in the Woods is a horror. Life and Alien: Covenant are Sci-Fi/horror. Split and Get Out are out in the US soon and they're both horror. IT will likely have a UHD release for the US confirmed soon (once the movie is actually released in cinemas).

I've never been a fan of the mini series, not sure if I'll like this movie but the trailers look promising. Will probably end getting this though, I want more horror on UHD so I'll support this.

From what I've heard the new film is a thousand times better than the mini-series. The mini-series is only worth watching for Tim Curry's performance alone, which is probably one of the best of his career. The rest of the mini-series is just cheesy and is really something you either like or don't. It doesn't really hold up to the hype.

The new film looks to be a lot closer to the novel and will be the better for it.

It's Warner so I wouldn't get your hopes up. There's more chance of a 3D steelbook (assuming this film comes in 3D too).
