Questions are only met with more questions...

This game looks super good and it's not even close to fulfilling its Fig funding goal. Please consider supporting this if you have any interest in weird slice-of-life games and/or cats and/or dogs. If it gets funded, the plan is to release the game on PS4 and PC, with Switch and Xbox One versions as stretch goals.

Swery says that he will continue to pursue the development of The Good Life even if it does not meet its funding goal.

I wasn't aware of this game until I saw an e-mail from Limited Run Games earlier today (heck, I just saw this thread only a few minutes ago

).

I've had decent luck so far with crowdfunded video game projects, and I think I might do the same with this title. The lower tiers would provide a digital version of the game on the PS4, but I'm giving serious consideration to the Awesome Life Tier, which offers a physical Collector's Edition (I've got just under 50 hours to decide which tier to support.....)

This game will probably be amazing like all swery games. Deadly Premonition Directors cut on PS3 is one of my favourite games of all time. Very upset there’s no PS4 version. I have the PS3 hooked up to my tv just for that game. I listen to the soundtrack sometimes on my way to work.

Swery has announced that Unties, an independent games publisher owned by Sony Music Entertainment Japan, will publish The Good Life worldwide. In addition, the game will be shown off at PAX West, and a panel featuring Swery and "some surprising guests" will be held.
