I'd like to know what the husband is saying to his wife about the new X-Mas present for the family. Talk about blows to one's manhood....one week later this happens?

Why did WB wait? I would be so mad. They should have done this BEFORE x-mas.

What about all the other deserving candidates for the JotY award?

Don't they at least get an Honourable Mention?

The "jammed up one", "stewie" etc. come to mind. I am sure there are some others I am missing out (just like an oscar speech) but you know who you are.

Plazman is a middle manager (possibly low-level exec) at a small Washington, DC-area tech firm that was recently bought out. Or at least he was when I met him back in mid-2006 and he gave me his business card. When I met him, he was a relatively sane individual, but unless he's now working for Toshiba, he is not and never was an insider by any stretch of the imagination.

I have no idea what turned him into the person he is, but it's a moot point. He appears to have been banned from AVS for now. It was actually kind of sad, because in the real world, he has a child, an infant, to take care of. Maybe he realized the fact that he was posting on forums from dawn 'til midnight on weekdays, weekends, and holidays was taking it's toll, and he finally got some perspective.

Yeah, it's funny how people like Plazman who REALLY think they know what they are talking about were proven wrong. AVS is full of "experts" who were proven wrong yesterday.
