Default Liteon DH setting region code?

The going rate for a PC BD drive here at the moment is NZ$775 (My HD add-on was $250). So I've had a look at Amazon and found the Liteon DH-4O1S-08 for US$200, and can probably get it to NZ for about NZ$300, which I'm willing to pay. Can anyone tell me if I will be able to set the region on this device to region B? (As with DVD drives). Or will it be strictly region A? I'm sorry to post this here, but as I'm a new users I'm unable to post a thread in the hardware forum, but since we're talking about regions anyway..

And that new user would be me.

Thanks again mkelley

I've found a few bad reviews for that drive now that I've had a better look around. Although with CES coming I'm sure we'll see some new drives.

The Sony BDUX10S actually looks very tempting. But the question still stands, am I able to change the region on these devices?

BD regions are set and handled in the player software.
