Avengers: Infinity War has been released on REGION FREE 3D Blu-ray worldwide except in America where it was only released in 2D, so 3D-loving Americans will have to import it e.g. from the UK:
![]() ![]() To date NONE of the 2D or 3D Blu-rays released include the IMAX version of the film - all are in standard letterbox format with no aspect ratio changes. Every single Blu-ray of this film, 2D and 3D, wherever you buy it from, is REGION FREE. Last edited by the13thman; 10-24-2018 at 02:08 PM. Reason: added links, original post had been removed anyway |

So, 3 years from Avengers to Avengers 2 and 4 years from 2 to 3? Meh, fair enough, but it would've been nice to have Avengers 3 coincide with the 10th anniversary of Iron Man, Marvel Studios' first film. Meanwhile, I realized Phase 2 will end when I'm 29 (with Avengers 2) and Phase 3 will begin when I'm 30 (with Ant-Man) :-p

How do you even have this info? like they really even have anything planned at all for this film yet? movies have to make money before they even think of a sequel im sure its going to happen but to be wondering about it now is pointless, i dont even wanna think about 2019

I don't see any problem with discussions of movies here that are not yet on Blu-ray. As long as it's a discussion about a 3D movie. The way I see it, it's a great place for people who love 3D to discuss 3D, whether it's come to blu-ray yet or not.
Unless they want to make a sub forum for theatrical and upcoming 3D. But personally I don't think it's necessary. If someone doesn't want to discuss a movie simply skip the thread, sheesh. It's not that difficult is it? |

It is only annoying to those of us that attempt to use the forum in the intended way. General discussion for movies not yet released and whatnot. Then when there is official announcement for a film, start a new thread or move the existing one. For example, several months ago I started a thread about Wreck It Ralph. I put it into the general discussion, and now we have another thread on a blu not yet announced.

I think Blu Ray will be around for 10 to 15 years, the high definition being pretty impressive along the lines of HD computer monitors, which have been around a lot longer, say almost 20 years? DVD was late 1990's and it's still around today. I still buy a lot of DVD movies on sale when blu ray isn't necessary. Blu Ray for 3D and favorite movies mostly.

![]() Avengers 2 3D will hopefully film the live action in 3D this time. The CGI being rendered 3D. |

And tbh its not just theatrical or announcements that is the problem, its duplicate threads because someone decides to write a review of the 3D of a movie, threads about 3D youtube trailers etc etc I suggested a 3D Theatrical subsection but am not sure if the admins have thought about that |
