Yep, with the
Soooo, rather than watching A Christmas Story, Miracle on 34th Street, or Home Alone for the umpteenth time, what cool, obscure, unrecognised by the mainstream as being a seasonal holiday flick would YOU recommend? Doesn’t have to be any specific genre. Can be from any time period. Only stipulation is that there has to be an overall/ running holiday season theme. Well, for the most part anyway. Kinda like how Die Hard or Lethal Weapon roll. Technically, they’re both action movies, but there’s no denying that there’s a terrific Christmas theme “jingling all the way” thru both films. See what I did there? So, go ahead, dazzle me with your recommendation of some little known gem of a flick that actually has a nifty little Seasonal Holiday theme running thru it so I don't have to sit thru another viewing of A Christmas Story this year! And... GO. |

You could always watch one of the Dr Who Christmas specials. Some are very good.

As we don't have these celebrations in the uk, we get to watch Planes, Trains and Automobiles and Groundhog Day at Christmas. Anything with Snow really, even though here we NEVER, EVER get snow in December!

Wow, 200 Canuck bills for that!
Even tho I dig hard on that Mary Elizabeth Winstead bird, not sure she's worth dropping that much hard-earnt bitcoin on! Hey bloke, ever seen this puppy? - ![]() Silent Night, Bloody Night (1972) Vinegar Syndrome had this as a free DL on their website a few years back. In such bad shape they refused to charge for it. Germany on the other hand! It's cheap as chips, but probably not worth forking over actual money for. I do have the Vinegar Syndrome version... ![]() |

Go (1999) for me.
Eastern Promises also has a Christmas tree at the hospital at one point - so I count that. |
