Can’t wait! Assuming they continue the “faces” theme of the previous saga steelbooks, I wonder who’ll be on cover of this one. Snoke? They’ve always been masked or makeup characters, probably to avoid paying to use the likeness of a real person.

I can't see them making the same mistake as far as printing a million. Probably just 900k this time, forgot how easy those were to come by. I might end up returning this and waiting for a couple price drops if they are as equally abundant

yup, no 3d for the US, saw it last night at national amusements, the 3d was great, until i realized that the projector stack was slightly out of alignment . at least the BB 4K is 10$ cheaper than zavvi and with a 20$ GC i can justify getting both

why is the release date TBA we all know , based on TFA and R1, that it is the first Tuesday in April, April 3 2018 , that is unless they release it to match up with Solo this time around

Pre-ordered the 4K. Looks to be no 3D, but the UK the 3D only comes with the 2D set, so maybe I'll go that route and buy the 4K here.

I'm going to skip the pre-order and pick it up in person. It's an installment in the trilogy, so a small print run (Rogue One) is unlikely, even for the 4K edition.

I don’t sweat the small stuff. Using the example above, you’d save $15 by waiting six months...or $2.50 a month. That’s two items from the McDonalds McPick Two menu.

Excellent film. Finally a Star Wars movie that actually challenges the audience to dig a bit deeper with it's themes. Loved it (despite some quibbles with the casino subplot).

Definitely ordering the 4k.
