The “Female Celebrity” Appreciation Threads

So I have been thinking about this for sometime and figured I would see what others thought as well. There are quite a number of threads purporting to be appreciating many different female celebrities. However, it appears that the only “appreciation” being discussed in these threads has to do with posting pictures of said celebrity and commenting on their appearance. Personally I find this a bit off putting and do not see how it adds any value to the forums. I don’t think all the threads should be eliminated. However, maybe posting pictures in those threads should not be allowed and the discussion can actually be about appreciating the acting work these celebrities are doing.

Maybe I am the only one that feels this way and if so that’s fine. I just wanted to open up the discussion and get others feedback if it’s out there.
