Default Since The Warner Announcement What Have You Done To Spread Blu?

The world is already becoming a Blu-er place thanks to each and every one of us faithful Blu-Ray owners. Just yesterday I walked into the Best Buy located near my job and strolled over to the Blu-Ray section which for some reason grew over night! I think someone in the store caught wind of what was going on and the ratio is now 8 Blu-Ray rows to 2 HD-DVD rows. A women was shopping in the HD-DVD section and I like a nice neighbor sparked up a conversation. I asked if she had heard the recent announcment the day before and she stated she had not. I enlightned her about the recent decision by Warner to go Blu exclusive and that was all she needed to know. She had 5 movies in her hand and ended up only purchasing one. She stated for Christmas she had purchased a PS3 for her children and thanks to my friendly advice would now be purchasing all future high definition films on Blu-
Ray disk only. Just wanted to share.

I ordered some WB movies to show my gratitude.

And I sent the link to just about everyone on my buddy list! ha! Nobody cares, most don't even have an HDTV.

Same here, I was sending text's and emailing links and stories to a few friends....the response - there was none ? some don't have the passion we all do here. Almost pisses me off

Lmao...I know you all feel. Most just don't get it, but don't worry they will eventually. I converted my older brother this Christmas to Blu and told him the news and he is going to become a regular consumer for Blu-Ray films as well so that's one more person. I am also going to buy a player and films for my mother and her husband as much as I dislike him.

I told my bro, and his fiancé. My sis and dad are out of town so i will be sure to tell them when they get back. My bro may be interested in a PS3 when they drop again (which will be a while i think) and my sis too when she can afford a new TV.
After i told my bro over the phone, he told his fiancé's family... perhaps they will spread the word as well.. and eventually someone who cares will pick up on that. I do not know if any of them are into HD. But you better believe I will tall all the guys at work on Monday who have HDTVs that Blu-ray just won.
