Exclamation Review for The Rock and Con Air

Both got good reviews with The Rock getting a slightly better rating. There are comparisons to the DVD/Blu-ray on the Rock.

i thought con air had 5 star video. even in comparison to new movies. however, the rock review seems dead on.

I own em both, and i think they both looks great, espcially Con Air, which has a great depth to the picture, with no noise. I have to say The Rock looks a hell of a lot better then the pics they did comparison with

Con Air does fair very favorably to newer films in terms of resolve. It's just badly over-enhanced. The Rock has less EE and is a much grainier film, which might not appeal to some. But grain is preserved well by the encoding and detail is just as exquisite as Con Air with more consistent source elements.
