Blu-ray Samurai

While I'm happy that it's on Blu-ray, I'm frustrated that the "Uncut" version of the film isn't actually uncut and is missing footage seen on the Anchor Bay DVD.
During the scene where the reporters find the dead bodies at around 13 minutes in, there is some footage missing and a shot from the softer version has replaced the uncensored shot so in one shot breasts are exposed on a body, then they are covered in the next shot and then exposed again in the shot after that. At around 46 minutes in, there's a shot of a bird eating a body but it is missing footage and another angle compared to the DVD. Finally, the [Show spoiler] from around 80 minutes into the film is slightly more explicit on the DVD compared to the Blu-ray.
