Question Specific film's format inconsistencies (not sure where to put this)

I had a few questions about a blu-ray title that I spent several hours trying to figure out. Since this covers multiple services, I really didn't know which one I should contact to get answers, but decided these forum seemed like a good starting point.

I actually started all this to figure out whether or not it was possible to get an UltraViolet digital copy of the film Uncanny (2015) rather than having to purchase it on a specific service. I ended up, however, finding a bunch of inconsistencies that I don't know how to fit together.

So, first, I'd like to make sure these links (except one) are all referring to the same film:

14. https://www.booktopia.com.au/dvd-mov...031017434.html
15. https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...Uncanny/710588

#11 is the film's IMDb page,
#11 links to #7, which matches #3,4,6 actors/director,
#4's DVD version is supposedly #5 (clearly a mistake),
but trying to buy #3 or #4 links you to the ozeshopping Amazon storefront (which seem the same as #1 & #2),
#8 is the film's main page on blu-ray.com, which (under "releases") links to both #9 & #10,
"Buy Now" on #9 takes you to #14, which is actually the DVD version of #13,
but the buy on Amazon link on #9 goes to #4,
while the "Links" on #10 goes to #15.

I live in the US. Is there a Region 1 version of #4? If not, does anyone have any idea as to why not (or maybe anyone who can I contact to find out more)? If so, does it come with #10 (UV version) like most modern blu-rays do? If it doesn't, then does #10 actually exist (#15 doesn't come with #10)?

Thanks for your help.

[Edit] Finally able to post this thread after not being able to for the past week! Not sure what was going on, but thanks to any moderator if they helped resolve the issue.

There is only an Austrailan release of it on BD. No US release, and no word on region coding , but assume it's Region B locked. I believe Image Entertainment has the rights to it in the US, so you'd have to contact them to find out about a BD release in the US, but it's not a particularly well-known film so the chances are likely nil.

There is a digital version available to purchase, though I don't know if it's UV compatible

That Vudu version is actually the one I ended up buying, and it isn't listed as UV compatible.

It just seems a bit weird that the only BD of it is region locked for Australia (and not even under the film's original title) even though, as far as I can tell, the cast and crew and filming were all based almost exclusively in L.A.
Wouldn't the production company have some say in the film's distribution? Did some bigwig just decide that Australians would be more willing than Americans or anyone else to purchase an HD version or something? And that Aussies wouldn't want a digital copy?
