Nah MoS and Batman v Superman aren’t the only good movies in the set. The 1st 3 are pretty good as well. IV is the only one I consider terrible.

I got excited for a minute before I realized it's a Blu-ray release, not a 4K set. Oh, well

Clever, but seriously, $80 is waaaaaaay too much for the first and second film and maybe the Fleischer cartoons if they include those. The original set can be found for far cheaper, with the added bonus of not including the last two Superman films.

so this is:

1. Superman: The Movie
2. Superman II
3. Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut
4. Superman III
5. Superman IV: The Quest for Peace
6. Superman Returns
7. Man of Steel
8. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice

More or less a repackage of the Anthology with Henry Cavill tossed in.....

So why aren't Justice League or the extended cut of Superman 1 included?

It said 8 films, so I think it'll include Justice League as well.

I think every poster on here knows how MSRPs work. Addd bonus would be excluding part IV.

$10 per movie is not bad, especially if you’re like me and don’t own most of these and want them. Also it’s 2018 and I can’t beleive people still don’t understand that the MSRP drops down,

Unless you go to Barnes & Noble.

I've been wondering -- does Barnes & Noble cynically price things higher to counteract the effect of their periodic sales? I was in there a few weeks ago and I happened to notice their price for the standard BD of The Force Awakens was a whopping $39.99. Ye gods!

Someone with WAC connections (who has been right before) dropped the hint on the Supergirl thread in the Wish List section.
