Just The Hunt for Red October for me. Might pick up the rest later. Catalog movies in 4k are coming fast and furious so time for me to budget accordingly.

I'm expecting this to just be a bit more resolution overall and less compression artifacts in the underwater scenes compared to the ancient bluray.

I may be the only one. For me, it's a snoozer, though. It's just so simple and straightforward, I can't bring myself to care about anything that happens in it.

I'm in for Red October.

The Navy gets movies on blu-ray for a limited time. After a year or six months or whatever the disc won't play. We (I'm in the Navy) play these in our small fitness center on base. For some reason, we got Hunt for Red October. I mean, I know it's a war movie and it involves the Navy so it's not completely out of the question. But it's 28 years old.

It's apparently a favorite as I've seen bits and pieces of it three times in the past two months. Maybe because (in addition to being good and Navy) it involves instantly recognizable actors. I also got to see The Greatest Showman before release, too. So that's nice.
