Autocorrect for Physical Keyboard, Fire 8?

Hello! I have the Fire HD 8 tablet with a physical bluetooth keyboard, and my only problem with it is that I'm unable to use autocorrect or even spell check with the physical keyboard (it is quite tiny after all). I've googled and found responses that should work for most android tablets, but doesn't seem to for the Fire 8. The recommendation was to download and use Swiftkey keyboard, but the Fire is incompatible with this--I downloaded a keyboard app that was reviewed as, "basically Swiftkey for Fire 8," but had no such luck as to have it work with the physical keyboard. Anybody know of any way I can enable autocorrect with a physical Bluetooth keyboard on a Fire 8 tablet?
