Welcome to the Blu-ray.com Community's Top Friday the 13th Films, Kills & Thrills!


In honor of this Friday the 13th, I decided to put this together. We have had a huge response to the Friday Complete Collection thread over the years and some have indicated their favorite Friday films, kills and girls in posts sprinkled throughout the many responses there. I thought it would be a good idea just to throw a poll up. There is a poll there to vote for your favorite film, but this is to rank them, along with the kills and girls. Last year's horror sequel poll seem to have different results from the poll there, so let's see what happens!

Please list your top 10 Friday films.
All 12 films will qualify, including Freddy vs. Jason & the reboot from 2009.
Given that some fans may have stopped after the initial 8 in the series, I will accept lists of at least 8.
Please do not list multiple entries for one film, such as Friday the 13th (1980) and Friday the 13th Uncut.
If you prefer a different cut of a film over one of a different film that's fine. It's the still the same film though.

For fun, you can also list your favorite kills of the series. I will accept lists of at least 5. I will not accept a "killing" of Jason Vorhees as an entry.


Also, for fun, list your favorite Friday girls. I will also accept lists of at least 5 here.

The bottom two: Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) and Jason X (2002). Parts 7, 8, 9, and 10 are the worst of the series for me. I'm just not that fond of Kane Hodder either. However, I can still manage to watch parts 7, 8, and 9. Jason X is awful though. The space setting is boring and Jason (both designs) looked so dumb. If it weren't included in the 12-film BD collection that Warner Bros. put out a few years ago, I wouldn't even own it.
