Beethoven's 2nd is possible, but the Dennis the Menace films are from Warner Bros. The Free Willy ones may or may not also be WB, but they were produced by Regency, which currently has an overall deal with Fox, including rights to much of their WB-distributed films.

I know Free Willy 1 got a BD release so I’m hoping for 2 at some point. I’ll get 3 if they release it on BD but I really only liked the first 2.

Actually, Warner co-financed the Free Willy films and they still hold the rights.
