Don't know about where you're at but here in Denmark it comes out in the cinemas next week so... in my case not all that earlier then other steels.

That first artwork is nice but it's a teaser poster for the first Jurassic World film (I think it was for SDCC?) so I can't imagine it sticking. But hey, maybe Universal really are that lazy. And it does mirror a scene in the new film.

Yeah it was SDCC... took me a bit but I finally found it yesterday so I could use it as my phone's background screen. I'm not sure if there were two posters or if someone changed it afterward, but there is a yellow hue one and this blue hue one.

Yup, there were two variants with slight differences (I think the dinosaur being airlifted is different in each one for a start)

2D one somewhat matches the 2D 25th Anniversary Collection Steelbook though, also from Italy. They'd look fantastic displayed side by side. I like it!

Is it really so much to ask for franchises to have ALL matching steels?! How on earth is this supposed to fit along with the older steelbooks? Even the T-rex version is a complete change in style. Talk about giving collectors the middle finger!

The recently released individual Steelbooks are not very good. I have them and wouldn't be heartbroken if they suddenly disappeared on me. Sure, I'm all for matching Steelbooks but I'd rather they release new designs for the previous movies instead of continuing that recent design.

The 25th Anniversary Collection Steelbook I posted above is lovely though, and the 2D Steelbook for Fallen Kingdom matches very well. I like them and will gladly transplant the UHD discs into each.

If there was an "iconic roar" cover for every movie, that'd be cool. 25th anniversary cover for the first, T-Rex on San Diego pier as the second, probably the spinosaurus thing on the third, Rexy barking at the park for World, and then the Fallen Kingdom design up above.

I'm not talking about the pointless new black versions, I'm talking about the amazing looking designs from 2 or 3 years ago - and even Jurassic World had a steelbook that matched the same style - but NOT Fallen Kingdom?!

Now you're suggesting yet another re-release of all the old steelbooks in another different style??? Sorry but I think they've had enough money from me for the same franchise. They should have the tiniest bit of respect for collectors and allow us to complete our perfectly good existing sets.
